Title: Bulk Agent Processing

I'm try to use the Bulk Agent Processing in Genesys Administrator. Below is the cvs I'm using. The user's information import with no problem, but the skill and level are not working.
I'm unable to find any doc on this process can someone point me in the right direction or example cvs would be great.

First Name,Last Name,EmployeeID,User Name,Password,Skill,Level
Kelly,Jo,Z999,KJo,password,customer,10

Do you check confserv or cfg_dbserver logs - what request to change is received from GA?
