Title: CustomerID missing

This log has been taken from Interaction Server log. Can anyone please explain why I am getting CustomerId Missing error.

Ps. This is single tenant envoirnment.

Why the RequestRegisterAddress is sended from URS to IXN? For which DN?

Often it means URS fail for some reason to find Multimedia swtich in configuration associated with server it connetcs to.
Does URS issued any other registering request (if not on start then when you "activate" some startegies)? Are they with CustomerID?

What is the value of CustomerID in the interaction server options?
If it is a single tenant config should you have a value? if it is multi tenant have you got a value?
