deployment guide of GI2 plus number of download items on support made me dizzy...
guide says: "At your option, however, you can also install BOE silently, during the installation of Interactive Insights."
but from representatives and download i have:
- Genesys Interactive Insights (40mb)
- BOE server & client
- crystal reports
- Genesys Interactive Insights CD (200mb)
what is "Genesys Interactive Insights BOE Server Windows"? is it equal to BOE server?
do i need to install BOE & CMS manually first and just after than install Interactive Insights?
what is the simplest way to install gi2? is there exist some kind of all-in-one package?
Thanks

You can install BOE manually at first and then install GII package or you can install all-in-one - in install process you install BOE at first, and then GII. You can deploy GII files automatically via installer or manually, via copy GII files to the BOE server.
"Genesys Interactive Insights BOE Server Windows"? is it equal to BOE server?
Yes,both are same.

Thank you! Could you please point out which package should i use for all-in-one installation?
-
If you install GII from standard Genesys package,so you can install BOE during the installation -> you set installation folder and folder with install source of BOE.
-
ok, i'll try this.

I do that now and all works fine,BOE and GII has been installed correctly and GII files are deployed automatically to the BOE server.

CMS deployed automatically during BOE installation or i'll need to deploy it manually first?
