Title: Campaign Manager?!

Has anyone experienced very slow upwards of a halfhour to load a campaign? The remaining OB campaigns work fine, no errors anywhere! The campaign that is loaded just sits there with the windoze hourglass. If however, the campaign manager system is reooted no problem to load the campaign whatsoever, that is until the next time.

Any thoughts? My suspicion is that it is network OR database related.

Does anyone know the SQL campaign manager is using to extract the calling list data from the table?

We have been using Campaign Manager for quite some time on some of our sites and so far, we did not have a problem like this.
What version of CM are you using?

CM 5.1.519.......Got some results from our sniffer. Getting long lag times from our DB as well there are long delays with windows ACK on the CM client.

I would suggest that you look at your db server. You mentioned lags in your email how big are those lags?

Different versions of campaign manager act differently. I am looking through campaign manager and list manager release notes,but I cannot find anything worth mentioning.

But my gut instinct would be that it is either CM or LM.
What does the campaign manager and list manager logs say?
