Title: help! confserv and confserv_bkp both in primary mode and not starting

Hi guys, I need your help.

My confserv stopped abnormally and now when I try o start it is detects that another confserv is primary it it cannot find it. The backup server is also stopped and when I try to start it it detests the first confserv as primary but cannot find it.
so :  confserv    stopped
confserv_bkp stopped    both detect the other server as primary and would not start.

from confserv_bkp log:

Is there a way to set directly from the config database the mode to Backup ( a safe way )?

What Release of confserv do you have?It's may be a bug of certainly version - I think,that in R8.0 was similiar issue or same issue.

confserv vers: 7.6.0.20

I'm afraid that the only solution is to upgrade confserv to R8.0 - 8.0.300.27 and above. In this version/patch has been fixed same issue.
