Title: Expand Group crash

Hi,

we are trying to use an Expand Group function and it crashes our ir. Syntax for Expand Group is as follows:

ExpandGroup['Rockwell.CustomerSupport']

Make sure that you are not trying to expand an empty agent group. Agents don't have to be logged in, but there must be an agent name added to any group you are expanding, otherwise IR crashes.

Actually, I think this is because you have an old IR version. What version is it? I do recall that version released before January of this year would crash if you had a complex agent group name that you try to expand.

Also, if posisble try getting rid of the "." because I think this is the source of the problem. I you look into the release notes you will find a note saying that if you had over 8 characters after the period, IR would crash. So, I would suggest check the version number, and then if you cannot upgrade, get rid of the dot!
