Hello

What is the ISCC?
Is it an component on the T-SERVER?
What are its main functions on a outbound evironment?
Could you give some samples or examples?

I've been seeing more and more very basic questions being raised on this forum.
Please go through the official documentation first before posting here, as we are here to provide help and not copy & paste from it.

I have the officilly documentation.
But it's very hard to find a good example or samples or how the components works in a environment.
Me and my team are new in genesys, and we're trying to get good concepts before put our hands on it.
We're having a lot of doubts and we even have never seen the genesys running.
We want no copy and past from a document, we just want to uderstand the things and share some ideias with persosn who have much more experience than us.

We can perfectly understand the frustration of Senior Members and would like to suggest a separate Forum Section as "Genesys CTI Technical Discussion for Beginners"
If particular thread turns out to be worthy, the MOD  :)> can move that thread to this "Genesys CTI Technical Discussion" section...

Seriously guys, get yourself a copy of Tony's guide - if you are a beginner to Genesys it's fantastic. I know there is a big knowledge gap to overcome before the Genesys manuals make sense and Tony's guide is the best way of making that jump.

(I know he has a something even better it to help beginners in the pipeline, but it's a year away :-( )
