Title: IVR - problem with reproduction of currency values
Post by: lguanes on September 18, 2012, 03:12:23 PM
Hi, this is my first post, so i'm sorry if i do something wrong. Please correct me.

I'm having a problem with an IVR, when i try to reproduce the value of a variable, instead of saying "un millon" or "tres millones" the prompt says "uno millon" and "tres millon". I try change the variable type to number and ordinal, but it have the same issue.
I also made a new app that just reproduces the numbers and run it from a different server, but nothing changes.
I use genesys  voice platform studio 7.6

You need to record those prompts (millones) and also modify the jsp script that creates those strings (on app folder).
GVP gives you only english ones so you need to create your own for Spanish. That is what I did on my projects
