Is it possible to use GVP for simple survey:
GVP makes outgoing call, asks customer for satisfaction (DTMF 0-9) and provides possibility to record voice message with comments.
Can we use GVP for that?
I know that exists another Genesys option: v8.1 Genesys SIP VM with 100 mailboxes but too huge price for that and not sure at all does it fit customer requirements.

Yes,it is possible. For example you can use SSG(in VP 8.1) and control dialing session,after the customer established a call,GVP play a vxml file in which you can drive a call flow(trasnfer,DB/WS procedures,etc). Like CSF(Customer Satisfaction Feedback)

With new SIP Server it is even easier as there is an option to redirect call after agent hangs up directly to GVP app.
