Title: Administrator login issue

Hi

I am getting the login denied error while logging into Genesys Administraor. My id is added in administrators access group.

"Access to Genesys Administrator is denied. Please conatct system administrator".

I am able to login when my ID is added to super administrators access group.

Please suggest your thoughts.

Did You define role and did You assign user to that role? If this doesn't help You need to look into config server logs to see why Your login is denied
