I want to clarify that should access to the Brio Technical Support web site be available to clients purchasing CCA (G6.1). As we know, Brio comes packaged with CCA.

I tried similar thing here in Europe. I was told Genesys were the client not me.

Thanks for your response. I have since been adviced that any Brio related tech issues should be directed to Genesys, not to Brio.
