Hello,
I see the below error in the SSG logs, and cannot make outbound calls using GVP 8.1
"There are no outbound ports available for Tenant[Resources]. Outbound calls will not be initiated."
Please suggest as to what needs to be configured to make this work.

Did You try searching for "There are no outbound ports available" on Genesys Tech support - first result will give You answer. Hint - in has something to do with Trunk Group object configuration

That pretty much did it!
I added the Resources Trunk Group, and got my application working.

How to create TG you usually know,so..
You have to configured following options:
Contact - sip:IP_RM:port
cpd-capability - mediaserver
event-ringing-on-11trying - true
make-call-rfc3725 - 1
refer-enabled - false
request-uri - depend on your deployment - generally sip:msml@ip_RM:port;gvp-tenant-id=tenant_name
ring-tone-on-make-call - false
subscription-id - tenant name
