I am interested in knowing what customers use as their Genesys Reporting Solution.
We have used CCAnalyzer from its inception and continue to do so.
However there is now a demand for call level detail reporting, which CCA cannot provide.
Do we go for InfoMart or an Internal solution I wonder...

Remember we can use CCA AND InfoMart..make it a multiple choice

Yes, I agree with Cavagnaro. For customers who have got R8.0+, we install often both solution CCA and InfoMart. I would be more interested in what applications do you use to browse the reports - Hyperion/Brio,Crystal Reports,BOE,own solution,..?Maybe I create new poll..

We have a Big Data based reporting solution available shortly - designed to replace both CCA and Infomart - there are other new functionalities avialable in it as well.

This looks good, but just do not know how to use it currently is and if it is not called overkill.See in future..

replace both...it's a good. But , IMHO, what we really need - solution to replace CCPulse

Coz it's ugly, unfriendly, solid, incompatible, moth-eaten piece of ....
But at the same time - now it's only one front-end with real-time capabilities.

I do not think so,that the CCPulse app is ugly,unfriendly,etc...It is quite a powerful tool,if anyone can work with it and use all functions. So,from Genesys is only one front-end app for real-time,but you can write/develop your own app. Do you think,that your app will be better then CCPulse? What would you like to improve?

CCPulse needs some improvements, is almost as old as datamart. I think it will eventually be replaced, but it is what it is. One big improvement would be to modify existing workspaces, without having to recreate all the views when you create new objects.
As a work around, I leave my CCPulse open when I create new objects, so they can be quickly added without having to create a new view ;D
