1. I'm unable to map User Data to Queue based Hierarchies (H_QUEUE, H_QUEUE_GRP, H_QUEUE_ABN, H_QUEUE_ACC). I'm unable to measure a particular call type entered in a particular queue. which was possible in CCPulse+ reports and CCA.
2. Whether RAA is restricted to map only 2 custom dimension tables (upto 10 low cardinality data). What if i need to see aggregated results for more than 10 KVPs?

What algorithm you are implementing.
-
I'm trying to configure Genesys Reporting Analytics and Aggregates. From RAA User Guide, user data mapping cannot be done for H_Queue Hierarchies. Also, in RAA Reference Manual, AG2_Queue_* doesnt have reference to Interaction_Descriptor table or User defined Dimension Tables (USER_DATA_KEYS1 or 2)
-
Do you mean user data mapping via .ss file under RAA root instalation directory?
-
Yes
user data mapping .ss file doesnt allow me to add user data mapping to H_QUEUE hierarchy and not more than 2 Custom defined attached data dimension tables.
-
H_QUEUE is not possible,you can use H_AGENT_QUEUE.
-
there are 2 documented restrictions for RAA customization: 1) you cannot create custom aggregation for the H_QUEUE hierarchy and 2) you can only add 2 custom dimension tables to the RAA customization, which means you can have up to 10 custom low cardinality data included in GIM aggregate tables.
no workaround on for these restrictions.
