Hi everyone ,
I'm kind of new in Genesys , and i have some doubts with the list of Contacts.
The lastest developer, deploy a Multimedia Chat SDK and a Genesys Desktop with Chat, in the SDK he sends in the UserData an Email , and when the call arrive to the agent, the Email lookup in the Contacts and shows the parameters related.
I want to change the way in which the system makes the search , changing the email by another document. i try to find something in the UCS but i do not know where exactly change...
Where i can add Attributes to the list of Contacts? and where i can change the parameter for the lookup of contacts?
