Title: GAD Customization

Hello,

I am trying to customize GAD (7.6.4), however cannot see the changes that are being made.
Added a custom script within the voice-view.jsp file, saved then restarted gad, but did not work.
Stopped GAD, then checked jsp files in admin view but did not work either.
Restarted IIS services and still no luck.
Is there anything else I need to do? I am updating the jsp in wordpad view.
The change involvec changing the default call result from unknown to answer without updating the calling list.

And did you set path to the custom file in webapp config file?

Hi
You mean you change the main GAD jsp instead to use standart custom path? Well...you can do it but you know  - it's does't support by Genesys.
Ok. After chenge the GAD jsp you need to recompile whole application. Did you delete GAD folder in Tomcat Work area?
And i recomed to you  - drop the browser cashe on client PC also.
