Title: Real only CME when change License

Hi all,

I have a problem with Genesys License when i change license in framework.

Before, i had 1 license  for system (2 framework HA: frw01 and frw02), everything's fine

Now i have 2 license for each frw. I change license for each server, then  i login to  GA, i have a error when i change

Check CFG layer - this errors means that the confserv cannot open connection to the DB. Check CFG DB and confserv logs.

As kubig said, you must check the logs, you are reporting a problem with the license but the error you are seeing have nothing to do with that.

If you need more help please post the last log of config server and last log of DBServer so we can help.

but here is somethings you can see:

integration with SQL >> check if you can telnet the 1433 (default sql port) or the port configured by yout DBA.

integration with Oracle >> check for your listener and see if it is up, ask your DBA to check the logs and see if you get any problems, make a tnsping in order to validade the connection with your DB.

i just stop framework backup server and restart primary server  ;D
