Hi,
I know that I can hide by role privileges some tab under the "Workspace" Menu in Interaction Workspace (My History, My Statistics and Contact Certer Statistics). But, I did'nt find the way to hide the "My Campaigns" tab. Someone know if it possible by configuration and how?

"My Campaigns" tab is hidden if agent doesn't have any Outbound related privileges.

Maybe separate issue, but if the tab is shown because the agent is in an outbound agent group and has the role, why would the actual campaign not show up in the My Campaigns tab? The agent is also not presented with the Call Results list - even though they get outbound calls routed to them.

That would be more an Outbound configuration issue rather that IWS one
