Hi everyone,
I've started working again with Genesys Solutions after being a time out. And it's the first time that I have to work with WFM. We are using custom reports to extract the information directly from database, but I have some problems to identify the data showed in the Master Forecast (that for me it's the correct data) in the DB. How can I filter the data showed in the table WM_FORECAST_DATA in order to get the data from the Master Forecast? I tried to link the data with other tables but I can not get all the right data.
Can anyone help me? Any help would be appreciate?

It is necessary to know how Genesys and WFM layer works. It would be so difficult if you do not know this. What do you want, only master forecast data?

Yes I need to retrieve the data showed in the master forecast, because when someone puts different data for possible scenarios I get multiple registers for one date and service/skill and I can not distinguish which is the data stored in the master forecast. I have some information of the data stored in the tables but I can't see which field says that is the data shown in the master forecast

Well guys I answer myself. To get the master forecast data dbo_WM_FORECAST.WM_FORECAST_ID = NULL I think now works and I get the data which I looked for. The problem was I worked with sth that I had not made and there were some wrong conditions...

Hi There, it was very usefull to find this topic since I was on the same problem but I'm wondering if you could guide about how should I locate the Master Schedule... specifically I need the Coverage Staff and the Optimal Staff.. any idea?
Thanks in advance!
