Is there a way to permanently hide columns? There are several statistics that I'm just using for calculations and do not need to be looked at. I've tried hiding the columns and saving, but when I open the view back up in the morning the columns are no longer hidden.

Which columns? In what layer? What are you talking about? Could you, please,be a more specific and modifyyour description, which is currently no good and cannot lead to solved your "issue"

Sorry about that, I'm still very new to this and I'm trying to get the hang of it.
I've created a real-time view to keep track of the agents. In this view, I have several columns listing the amount of time they've been in a specific state (training, meetings, etc). I've created a formula that checks if their is time in those columns and populates a "not ready reason" column. For example, if there is time in the hidden training column it will say "Training" right next to the agent's name.
I was wondering if it's possible to hide those columns so they don't come up every morning when I open up CCPulse.
Sorry in advance if this is not enough detail. I'm still a complete newbie. :P

Please,at first read CCPulse+ documents. Then it will be clear. Your need is very simple, you just only need to modify current template and remove nonrequired columns, respectively statistics.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I appreciate it!
