Is there a way in GSD to add statistic detail that will show the current number of calls in queue? I haven't been able to find a way, I can do it for Agents but not a queue.
Is it possible, if so how?? ???

Only the Queue where the agent is logged in. No RP. Read the deployment guide.

As a supervisor,you can see and monitor all queues.

I have it set up in the supervisor area but I have another supervisor looking for it in the statistics bar. They're wanting something similar to what you would see in CCPulse in GSD. Is that possible?
