Title: Genesys 6.5 interface to TCS (Workforce Mngt)

Hi All,
We are implementing a 6.5 solution on Avaya PABXs. We currently run Aspects eWFM 6.0 (formally TCS) Real Time and Scheduling. has anyone interfaced Genesys into this product?
If so, then how?

I understand that there is a thirdparty product from Verizon Call Center Services called ForceLink that will provide what you need. From speaking with TCS, this is apparently the ONLY solution out there that will provide the interface for RealTime

Hmmm, I was afraid of that. Forcelink does the job very well but I'm concerned about the cost and ongoing support from Aspect for the product. We may look closer at developing the solution as an inhouse application you never know there may be a market for a new interface.
