Title: About route to place group on tsapi tserver

I have configed some voicetreatmentport on TServer_IVR. and config iscc with a tsapi tserver.

the voicetreatementport are such as "013550", "013551", "013552"...

i can dial these number and connect the third party ivr from genesys agent.

but when i config the placegroup with these voicetreatmentport, and try to route a call to the place group .it failed.
i have got the error info from avaya tsapi spy.

ISCC? TSAPI server??? ISCC is a genesys propetary protocol...wont work with a TSAPI Server...
Please explain better what you are trying to do. Do you have Avaya TServer too?

Sorry ,I mean that i have two tserver: one is  tsapi tserver work with Avaya pbx.  and another is  tserver-ivr.

Ok sir,
we need more detailed logs from both TServers not just a small snippet.
