Hi,
I have a question about IWS. In interaction window, my "Case Information" section present the History information like : Origin and Queue. Always in Interaction Window, when I go in the "History" tab of the "Contact" section and I look at the "Case Data" section, I dont see the same thing. The Origin was not there. We have the need to see the Origin in the history tab. Is there a way to do that?

I dont know why, I cant attach a 160k jpg...

You can't attach even a 1K file :D it is disabled, try an external host server

I think that with default options it is not possible. So,you can save requested information to UCS DB and next fill these parameters into history tab in IWS,and you will see what you want.
