Title: Call Result 'None' in informart

I was looking at some call results at each dial attempt for a record and came across 'None', looked this up in Genesys but can not find anything that gives a definition.

Has anyone come across this in the past, what does this mean.

It looks like we have lost we have lost the connection.

Any ideas would be great.

It is very general question,it depends on many reasons and causes. At first,I recommend you to look at OCS DB(via OCM or GA) and find out when is call result filled correctly. If yes,analyse icon_ocs component in InfoMart deployment.
