Wondering if someone can assist, point in right direction.
with IWS, a outbound record is pulled, the custom fields are all coming through as editable fields by default, adn the wiki is a little confusing on where the options actually need to be set to make them read only. Setting the option on the field default > send_attribute passes the KVP from OCS to IWS fine, but its now making that field non-editable by the end user.

What about "read-only" parameter with true/false value?

that parameter set on the appropriate field object, still comes through as an editable field.

If it's not solved, in Anex of Field create section interaction-workspace create option read-only = true.
Then logout IWS and login, it fill be OK.

thanks boy yhr hurdle has been fixed. It was configured right all along, just hadn't restarted IWS (you prompted that)
Know how to automatically open a html page (whether it being internal displayed to softphone) or open a new IE browser with a specified URL
ie. When a record is pulled/presented to a agent a pre-coded web page is loaded (ie http://intranet/campaign1.html or http://intranet/campaign2.html)
Can have it a as clickable link, but cannot automatically display the content

Basic setup after change any option ,when the setting not works is make a restart of related component or GUI. So,the additional description about HTML in IWS was question or what? I recommended to you,read the documentation before trying to deploy anything.
