Title: Average Dialling Attempts

hi all,

I'm wondering if there is any guideline around the optimal dialing attempts per associate per hour in the predictive mode.

I understand this will depend on the environment of the call center and how many agents are logged on etc..

Just thought I'd ask the question.

No...only apply logic...for example, would be too logic to try to contact someone at home first at working hours...at afternoon wouldn't make sense to call work phones...and so on
