Title: Genesys CTI compatibility with SFDC
Post by: water235 on March 06, 2013, 12:55:09 PM
Hi Friends,

Can anyone throw more light on the integration aspects of Genesys CTI with Sales Force CRM? I understand that there is no readymade GPlus adaptor available for Sales Force. If we need to build a connector on our own, what should be our approach and how difficult / easy is it?

Any pointers would be helpful and greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

You will need Genesys PSDK and develop your own integration on whatever you would need...
How hard? Depends on your skills and requirements

I believe there are companies who develop and sell SaleForce adapters, can't think of the name at the moment but I found them via a google search.
I cannot tell you if they are any good as I haven't used any.

I don't think there's an out-of-the-box GPlus adapter, however, I suggest you contact Genesys to investigate what their new product effectively does: http://www.genesyslab.com/cloudconnect/index.aspx.
