Problem : Re-queue is not happening via Hard phone
A) If an agent is rejecting the call through IWS then it automatically gets re-queued to the next available agent.
B) If an agent is rejecting the call via Yealink phone the call gets disconnected instead of the call being re-queued
Please help...

Which steps did you do in investigate? What says SIP logs,release reason was? Do not create topics like this,without any deep description about your steps in investigate.
