Title: What application name to use with WFM Database utility

Maybe stupid question, but I am playing around with Genesys WFM 8 and trying to install it.

I have come to the point in the manual what it instructs me to install the WFM database utility which I have done, but when running it it wants a application name to logon. The manual dont tell me what application to use and none of the WFM templates have a usefull name.

I have also tried default.

Anybody know the app name to use?

Whoops found it, its the client application.

Yep, it is standard Genesys mechanism. For CME you can fill "default", for SCI "mng_sci" for example, etc.
