Title: CcmSharedAddressResolver: doesn't exist in MAC table

Can someone tell me what is the difference between below two? i am in problem of conference the call through my CTI app.

CcmSharedAddressResolver:  doesn't exist in MAC table

And

CcmSharedAddressResolver: 7325374786@SEPA091AR21A6V45 doesn't have associated DN

I am usinf Genesys Cisco Tserver 8.1.
