We have a Meridian Option 81C, Periphonics IVR, Genesys 6.1, IServer 6.1, TServer 6.5, and they are on a WIN2000 Server....
The problem we are experiencing is: The IServer will stop periodically. It was originally installed to run as a Service on the Server, but will not start correctly. To start it, we have to do it from the command line. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Generically, if you start IServer as an application, rather than a Service, you may find that you will have to run the command on the Server desktop, instead of using a Remote Desktop connection.
This is one of the limitations we are looking into as we develope 6.5 on Win2K.
The problem stems from the fact that, when you "log off" a Win2K Server, you loose the applications you are running under your UserID.
So, make sure you run the application from the Server, never remotely.
I do hope this helps?
