Hi, I'm having a behaviour that I find strange, My Agent status is not ready for next call if I'm not logged in and ready to open medias' outboundpreview channel.
This seems to contradict statserver documentation, page 128, Stat Server 8.1 user guide.
Does anybody has any idea about this? See link

Your status is ok as your places status are Ready/Not Ready and NotReady has more precedence.
The one i find strange is the first picture, where email is NotReady and your agent is Ready

Do you mean to say that I cannot get Agent ready status if I dont get ready in media?
This seems very strange.
So I need to create another report for extensions and try to match it to an agent?
How can I get a ready not ready total time per channel?
Thanks and advance!

That you need ready Agent status (for whole place) you have to be ready on all logged channels. Why did you logged into the "nonvoice" channels, when did not need them?
About stats for each channel, you have to create a filter on statserver for each media type (voice,email,chat,...).

Strange? My friend, you do need to read a lot of documentation, Genesys doesn't work on how you think...the same for TServers...so if we say that is how it works and you don't believe it or think there is something wrong with it you can request support to Genesys directly to get the same exact answer
Read StatServer guides, not just begin to install and follow your imagination

Yes, filters do seem to work.
One comment you don't need to be ready in all media channels, just in one,
so If I'm ready in outboundpreview a not email and ready in voice, the place is ready!!??
the same if I'm ready email not ready in outboundpreview.
You would think that the standard statistics should take into account this.
Cheers
