Hello,
We have created fields for use in a calling list, but when the call populates in GAD (7.6.4), they are in a mixed order - that is a mixed order to how we would like them.
Is there a way to display them in a specific order, without GAD customization?
I think they set in the order by which they have been created in CME.
Also tried changing the order in the calling list within GA but made no difference.
Not a huge problem but looks untidy when you see the fields in order of postcode, lastname, reference, DOB, firstname, Address...

I think, that this is unfortunately not possible without customization.

Just looking at this again.
Trying to find jsp page for customization - is this record-custom-fields.jsp?
We are going to move onto interaction workspace, hoping this is more simplified on there.

This was so simple in the end ???
To display user defined (or any other) fields in a specific order within GAD screen pop in outbound call, add them in that order to the format.
