Hi Help me out ...
I am getting an alert saying-- Licensing violation is identified, the violation type MR_LICENSE_SERVER_NOT_AVAILABLE.
I got this alert after firewall upgrade of t server.Alters was showing up in SCI .please let me know how to trouble shoot thanks..

At first, try to learn about Genesys before you want to do troubleshooting. Without knowledge is not possible to do anything with Genesys.
About the issue,as first check if your T-Server can connect to the License Manager - check your FW configuration, if the port of FlexLM is allowed.

Upgrade to which version? From 7 to 8? If so you need new license
