We are runninng CCPUlse v7.5

I am trying to run a historical report in CCPulse looking at Campaign/Calling list but I'm getting the below error message??

"View cannot be constructed!
Database contains no data for the selected time interval, objects or query parameters"

Any ideas?

Exactly that, that object has no historical data associated. Check DMA objects and read ODS/ETL documentation

Thanks Cavagnaro but.....there are historical association attached to each object

Bizarrely if I choose "No Aggregation" then the report works - but in 15min Intervals which is not ideal.

Any suggestions on this?

15 min is general interval for NO_AGG statistics in DM solution. Try to learn something about Genesys reporting before you will ask. When you need other aggregation level, you can use ICON as source of data and write own aggregation procedures
