Hello Everyone,
I think I know the answer to this one but I just can't seem to locate documentation stating it...
We have two different stat servers connected to the same SIP TServer and they are showing different stats in CCPulse.
StatServer 1 - located in Portland, OR connected to SIP Server in Atlanta, GA via 4mb circuit.
StatServer 2 - located in the same data center as the SIP Server in Atlanta, GA.
Right now I am seeing about 60,000 stat requests coming from the Portland StatServer.
There are 10 clients connected to this StatServer.
The CCPulse users in Portland are using the StatServer in Portland and the Workspace files for these users are also stored in Portland. (This is a test we are doing and may not be permanent.)
The total calls between the Portland StatServer and Atlanta StatServer are slightly off and the SLA is about 2% off so far.
I am pretty sure that we are not to expect the stats to be IDENTICAL, but I just want to be 100% sure of this and hopefully see it documented somewhere.
It's still early in the day for this test, but any insight would be appreciated from the commuity.
Thanks - Perry

Should and must show same stats as long as BOTH same exactly the same statistics and metrics.
Verify that first

UPDATE:
Thanks for the information...
As the day progressed today, the stats are within .05% of each other. I appreciate the input.
Thanks - Perry

One thing to check if the templates are configured the same, i.e. Insensitivity, Notification Frequency and Notification Mode are set the same for both templates?
