Title: Interaction Workspace and click to dial/click to call

Has anyone been able to implement a click to dial/click to call method in Interaction Workspace? If so can you share the results and functionality (i.e. can select numbers and dial, 10/11 digit number highlight to dial, right click to dial, etc.)
