Hi,
I am new in using Genesys Dialer and need your help for the following:
I have Dialer configured with ASM Seizing Mode, configured a CPD server (infront of Avaya Switch). So we have a Dialing port (Making outbound calls to customers) and an engaging port (for Agents) on a CPD Server.
I would like to know if it is possible to put a live customer in a queue, play queue messages if the agent is not available to answer Live customer calls in predictive/progressive mode using CPD server

I believe you cannot do this in ASM mode, whereas you should if you used Transfer.
The only option I can see is using Proactive with GVP, play a simple app and then transfer out. Not sure how whether you can ASM though in this case..
