Title: Campaign calls to GVP

Hello Everybody

We would like to send the campaign calls to an IVR, in this campaign there are no life agent logged in, what we need is to generate a calls without agents and send it to the IVR.

We are not sure if this is possible without the OBN.

We have OCS and GVP version 7.6.

Could anyone help us?

Possible, check the Deployment guide. The trick is that under the campaign you put the IVR profile number from GVP7.6 Profile Manager

Do you mean to configure the IVR Profile (XXXXX) as the campaign VTD. This works, so the calls goes into the IVR, but the record stay in retrieved (after the timeout it goes into stale status).

We have read that is possilbe to configure a place group as a campaign group (ivr_group parameter), but with this configuration we receive an error message when we tried to load the calling list (error 16).

Yes, the group has nothing to do. If it is under stale means there is a missing communication path. Check your connections.
Logs would be great too
