Title: CCPulse+ 7.5.100.21 - objects (persons) on top of Resources
Post by: kip1 on May 21, 2013, 12:58:27 PM
Hi, occasionally I see persons on top of Resources in Objects view area in CCPulse+ 7.5.100.21. Same workspace on different machine with different user with same permissions works fine. Previous CCPulse+ versions acts just the same with this workspace. As far as I was able to check registry values on both PC-s, they were just the same. CCPulse+ Administrator’s Guide and CCPulse+ release notes did not lead me to conclusion. Am I missing something, or this is some usual bug.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are looking at?

All objects (persons) above Resources should be below it, i think.

Is your environment Sigle or Multi Tenant?
In the top of the objects list what is shown? What is there?

CE Type is Single Tenant.

Persons
Group of Places (IVR channels) under Places
RPs + some Virtual Queues under Switches
Some Calling lists under Outbound
Scripts

I am sure that some change triggered this strange behavior, but i can not recall what.  ???

Update - 19.06.2013 (After a lot of experiments)
Threshold AgentLoggedOut with Hide action applied is the reason for this behavior. Very strange, since this is a standard threshold and can be found on p. 53 - CCPulse+—Administrator’s Guide 7.x (72rt_ad_ccpulse+.pdf). If someone is on 8.x, please test when possible, to see if there is the same. Or I will post after 2-3 months when our migration is done.
