Hello guys !
Someone know, how can be configred after call work (wrap-up) from Genesys Interaction Workspace (Genesys Desktop) options?
ex. after the agent releases the call taked with GIW , the state of the agent should be "after call work" for configured time (this configured time set into the Agent Desktop application)

Wrap-up is configured on DN object level, not at IWS object. Please, read the doc before post topic
