Title: Implementing Fax thru genesys?

I have looked into product manuals and unable to find it
can any one pls recommend me a deployment and reference manual for fax.

Most implementations I am aware of use a 3rd party fax to email service, and then simply treat faxes as email in the multimedia solution.  So read the multimedia deployment guide.
