I'm interested to see what other companies are using for their GVP Reporting?
The standard Genesys approach is to use the Reporting Actions setting custom reasons, results, and other attributes within the voice application itself. The standard GA reports from RS are not really that flexible in terms of filtering etc and whilst the Web Services API can be wrapped into a custom report tool; I'm curious to see how many other system integrators have rolled their own reporting mechanism or enhanced the Standard Genesys offering.
