Title: Genesys GVP 8 Behind Firewall

I am deploying a GVP 8.1 soln on servers behind a firewall.
The softphone for testing is deployed on another IP subnet.
I am looking to know what ports are reqd to be open b/w the GVP Servers & SIP softphone PC other than 5060 for SIP Server.
I am changing the rtp port range on MCP to 20000-30000.

Other than the UDP RTP ports for MCP you also need to open up the UDP RTP port range for the softphone. Also ensure that the softphone is configured to use 5060 for its local SIP Port. That should be all.

Thx it works now after opening the UDP ports.
