Title: CCPulse not showing data for Outbound calls in ASM mode
Post by: krish_kk123 on May 29, 2013, 07:11:45 AM
Hi All,

We installed a new SIP server 8.1 in the lab and placed some test calls for transfer mode ( outbound ), the reporting in CCPulse was fine. But when we tested it in the ASM mode, the value does not change in CCPUlse. Tried group views and DN views and the mainmask is set to collect "CallsOutbound"

When I went through the logs, it looks like Attribute call type is printed as internal ( but it should be Outbound, works fine for Transfer mode calls ).

I was running up and down in my mind with 2 questions, Can you please help me out ?

1. Can we operate with ASM and Transfer mode together in the same environment ( SIP + OCS + OCM )
2. Where do set the parameters for printing Attribute call type ? ( looks like this is where the problem is )

To count ASM calls in CCPulse we had to create a new statistic(s) in statserver, here is one example:

[Total_Calls_ASM_Outbound]
Category=TotalNumber
Description=Total ASM_Outbound Calls
MainMask=ASM_Outbound
Objects=Agent, GroupAgents, GroupPlaces, Place
Subject=DNAction

regards.

No, they are exclusive.

hi krish_kk123,

what kind of desktop are you using for outbound in ASM mode? Could you leave a comment about your environment in nearby branch: http://www.sggu.com/smf/index.php/topic,7831.0.html
