Has anyone tried to disconnect a call (i.e. after a long timeout ~300 seconds) within URS? I'm trying to end a call after exhausting all the target searches failed and the hold time has exceeded 300 seconds. I tried using AnswerCall and ReleaseCall with no luck.
TServer 6.5 with Ericsson MD110.

We've found the best way to do this is to setup a DN on your PABX which has a vector (Lucent G3) that drops the call. When we need to drop a call from a strategy which just route it to that DN and the PABX does the rest. I'm not familiar with a MD110 but I'm sure you could do a similar thing.

There is a really neat trick you can do:
use Force command in URS to route tbhe call to a nonexistant DN PBX will drop the call in an instance!

The Ericsson vendor says that programming the PBX to drop the call is not possible, and Vic, routing to a nonexistent DN sends me to the default destination. Wouldn't URS's on_route_error be triggered here? What do you mean by using 'Force'? I'm using TRoute to a nonexistent DN since Force can't take a dn value.
