Hi guys,
I'm playing with this simulator for a small lab for me and having a question...already have IWS working with it, Inbound so far seems to work, and now deploying Outbound it works fine except for the fact that I can't put the agent in ACW (After Call Work/Wrapup) after he releases the call and therefore can't reschedule, update or add new results...
Any idea how to?
On the annex tab of the switch I put:
5000-5009,autoanswer,postready off
Where 5000 is the ACD Postion and Agent login used, autoanswer doesn't work neither and less the postready off option...

are you using a PBX simulator?
when working with Avaya we need to set the ACW in the ACDQueue with the same value as in the PBX.
did you set the cti-protocol-mode = generic in the switch properties?

Not using Avaya, just generic one.
Yes, i did change the protocol to generic, in that way it began to work.
Will try the ACW on the ACDQueue, however I think already tried but will do again
