Dear All,

How are you ?

I need your help. I want play welcome IVR before agent recieve the call.

The routing strategy is skill based.

Can anyone help me how to play welcome IVR through routing strategy ?

With these information is not possible to help to you.At begin what switch are you using? Which kind of GVP deployment model and what version of Genesys are you using? Do you mean a voicexml application or playing treatment/announcement? Please, be more specific in your topic
