Hello,
For anyone using Interaction Workspace..
Has anyone experienced an issue where agents cannot access a new calling list that has been added to a campaign, or one that has been amended whilst they are logged in?
They have to log off (workspace) then back in again to force the campaign/list to be refreshed.
For preview dialling agents, they cannot access the new list.
For progressive/predictive agents, they cannot see any data in the screenpop after the list has been changed or new one added.
We are using Workspace 8.1.4

I newer saw this behavior, but I will do a test with 8.1.4 for wonder, if the issue is in IWS core or may be in your env.

Hi, do you have any kind of error message?

never faced with such symptoms. have you check attached data?

genesys have acknowledged this as a bug and will apply a fix at next release.
